The administrative arrangements at Mbizana Local Municipality are as follows;

The accounting officer is the Municpal Manager who is the head of administration. There are four departments each with its own director who reports directly to the Municipal Manager. In these departments there are various sections which work collectively to deliver the departmenal mandate. These sections are headed by Managers who work with officers and adminstration clerks to carry out daily acitivies.
